Every timepiece is sourced and inspected before shipment. Pre-shipment photos and videos are provided for full transparency. Minor variations in finishing or packaging between production batches may occur and do not constitute defects.
Can I cancel my order after confirming?
Cancellation is only possible if requested in writing before fulfillment begins — before sourcing, packaging, or shipment preparation has started. Once fulfillment is underway, the order is non-cancellable. Approved cancellations may still incur non-recoverable costs such as payment processing and handling fees.
What is your return policy?
All confirmed sales are final. Returns are accepted only in three cases reported within 48 hours of delivery: wrong item received, item physically damaged in transit (unedited unboxing video required), or a major functional defect verified by Nexamor. Preference change, cosmetic variation, or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify.
