Nexamor is a private luxury timepiece destination built for clients who value discretion, quality, and personal service above all else. We are not a storefront. We are not a marketplace. We are a direct, relationship-driven source for some of the world's most coveted watches — including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Richard Mille.

Every order at Nexamor is handled personally. From the first message to the final delivery, you work directly with our team — not a chatbot, not an automated system, not a third-party fulfillment center.


How We Work

Our process is intentionally personal. When you reach out via WhatsApp or email, you speak with a real person who understands the product, the market, and your expectations. We confirm every order in writing, send you pre-shipment photos and video of your exact item, and only dispatch once you are fully satisfied with what you see.

This is not the standard e-commerce experience. It is something more considered — and more accountable.


Our Commitment to Quality

Every timepiece we source is personally reviewed before it reaches you. We document the condition, finishing, dial, case, bracelet, and packaging in detail. Minor variations between production batches are normal in high-end watchmaking — we communicate these transparently rather than hiding them behind stock photography.

If something does not meet our standard before shipment, it does not ship. That is our commitment to you.


Payment & Security

We accept secure card payments and international bank transfers via Wise. All payment details are shared only after your order is confirmed in writing. We do not store card information and we do not process payments through unsecured channels.

Every transaction is documented — from your initial inquiry to your delivery confirmation — creating a clear, written record for both parties.


Worldwide Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. All orders are dispatched with full tracking and estimated delivery of 7 to 15 business days from shipment date. You receive a tracking number and carrier link the moment your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier backlogs, or force majeure events — but we will always assist you in investigating and resolving any delivery issue that arises.
