All confirmed orders are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, preference change, or buyer's remorse.
Return Eligibility (48-Hour Window)
Returns are only accepted in these limited cases, reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery:

Non-Returnable
- Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or third-party repairs
- Minor cosmetic variations in finishing, tone, or packaging
- Requests outside the 48-hour reporting window
- Orders already in sourcing, preparation, or shipment
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Any approved refund may be reduced to account for non-recoverable costs (shipping, handling, payment processing fees, currency conversion). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
